Please make sure your straighteners are correctly packaged. We will use your packaging to return them to you. Make sure you use either Recorded or Special delivery to post them to us. We will return them to you using Recorded delivery, you will need to sign for the delivery.
GHD Repairs aim to repair all items within 48 hours. This is subject to spares availablilty. Please ensure we have your full name, address and telephone number. If you want to pay by credit/debit card please include your email address.
Our fixed price offer is for normal failure of the item. It includes spares usually needed to facilitate a repair but does not include spares for excessive damage. For instance if your dog has chewed the item up or you reversed the car over it :-)
95% of completed repairs are covered by our fixed price offer.
Any item beyond repair will be disposed of at no cost to the customer.
Or returned to the customer at postage costs only.
All repairs carry a 3 month warranty.
